'Tick for Kids' to tackle child poverty

"Children have been neglected by our politicians and policy-makers for too long." So says the Tick for Kids campaign spokesperson Deborah Morris-Travers at the campaign launch, as reported by the NZ Herald on 17 June 2014.
The Herald explained that a consortium of 33 child advocacy groups is working to make the welfare of the nation's children a priority in this year's election.
